One Word, Four Letters.

One word, four letters, and unbelievably hard to find. We all crave for it. We need it to live. Without this, all of our lives are pretty dull. What is this word?

Sale.

Particularly a good one.

Why does it seem that everything, and I mean everything, is so expensive these days? Is it because I don't have a job and am only left with $20 of Christmas money? Or is it just that my style expectations have risen  an insane amount?

Definitely a little bit of both.

Why can't a good pair of oxfords be $30? I love Forever 21 and everything, but I don't think my feet can handle shoes from there just yet. Why can't I find a decent boyfriend blazer for $20? I'll tell you why. Fashion ain't cheap. Especially when you're style icon of the moment is Lauren Conrad.

I feel like I've been shopping way too much at Forever 21. I always tell myself, "Today, go somewhere else. Broaden your fashion horizons!" Then I see a wonderful top in Forever 21's window that's pretty much the same as the one I just saw at Macy's but 20$ cheaper. Now seriously, where would you go?

*Dramatic sigh.*

To be working at Bloomingdale's with a discount... the word discount just sounds lovely!

So, my love of Forever 21 will continue for ages and ages to come. Their prices have even gone up a little but the quality has improved so I really shouldn't complain. Oh well, whenever I get out of my Forever 21 bubble I'll be sure to hit the sales rack.

Because honestly, there's no where else I'd rather be.

  1. Hahaha couldn't agree more with your love of sales! Seriously, everything is so overpriced these days!

I love your writing style, and your posts are always entertaining. Keep it up!

(Also, if you're looking to gain more followers, what I did when I was just starting out was comment on lots of different blogs. That way I got my blog name out there, and people became interested.)

    Good luck!
